Heh - nice.
Does this WC still "live" in the US btw? The impression that I'm getting on internet is that a lot of Americans are mostly busy debating what kind of rulechanges would be necessary to make the sport "more appealing to Americans". |

In New York it is very much alive, but this is also the place where the most foreigners live. Our German "division" is devastated, but our Dutch "division" is still going strong. Luckily we have no Spanish nationals working in our office at this moment. That would make for a tense Monday whatever the outcome....

I can imagine about the Germans.. :/
A very strange WC this is. I had never, ever thought to see the day that I would say I feel sorry for the German soccer team. Those guys were playing much more "Dutch" football than the Dutch themselves. |

That's the hilaric thing about his WC. The Germans always played like this and won. The Duch lost but played gallery football. Anyway jup Holland jup

At our home-pool I predicted 0-0. I was wrong.....but I won a whopping 8 dollars.

that one (real) beer than :-)
For the rest the whole thing sort of was very disappointing. Bad referee, Dutch players not enough quality and so on. |
