Your post is for the old city hall that is now empty for about seven years. AM developers had a double tower designed for that site that got delayed by the public review process so long that it will never be built.

Because of this the losses have piled up, and combined with the book value, we cannot make a financial case for successful transformation with our Wonka concept.

Rijswijk first has to take major losses in the form of write off, before a positive transformation case can be built around the old city hall.
